Q Is the lesson a full hour long?
A Yes, the minimum lesson length is 60 minutes. After that,
the lesson may be either 90 minutes or 2 hours. Sometimes the
lesson may over run a little. No extra charge is made when this
happens.
Q Do you have a good pass rate?
A Yes, I am very proud of my pass rate. Please take a look at
the picture gallery to see photographs of some of the past
pupils. Please note these are just a few of the ones that have
passed.
Q What is a Check test
grade?
A check test grade is a grade given to a ADI by the DSA. 1
being the poorest grade and 6 being the highest.
Q What is your check test grade ?
A I am a grade 6.
Q What type of car will I use?
A The current tuition car is a Peugeot 307. For more

site.
Q Which car will I use for my test?
A My car is available for test for candidates that have
learned to drive with me and are, in my opinion, ready for their
test.
Q Where will I take my test?
A The choice is yours! I tend to use either Whitchurch,
Shrewsbury or Telford. Whitchurch is the nearest and so the most
popular.
Q Can you help me with my theory test?
A Yes I can, however most people prefer to study for the
theory test on their own. This is fine, but I am always ready to
help where needed. I carry a computer in the car for this
purpose, and to help prepare for the hazard perception test.
Q How long have you been teaching driving?
A I have been teaching people to drive since 1988, so in 2008
it will be 20 years. You can find out more about my career on

Q What are your qualifications to teach driving?
A The minimum legal requirement to instruct learner drivers
for a fee is to be a DRIVING STANDARD AGENCY APPROVED DRIVING
INSTRUCTOR (CAR) and I have this qualification. I am also registered
with the DRIVING STANDARDS AGENCY to train company or corporate
drivers. As well as being an advanced driver (not all driving
instructors are advanced drivers), I hold the RoSPA Diploma in
advanced driving instruction. I am also an examiner for the
RoSPA occupational advanced driving test.

A It depends on my diary and your availability. Give me a
