Regardless  of whether you have driven before or if you are a complete beginner, the lessons will be tailored to your own ability. You will not be asked to drive in conditions that you have not been prepared for. The complete syllabus, that is used, is broken down into easy stages and records are kept from lesson to lesson. As each new topic is introduced, it will be explained fully at the side of the road before you attempt it.

Nervous pupils - Maybe you are a little nervous about learning to drive, there really is no need. The Instructor is very patient, he knows you are worried and will do all that he can to put you at your ease. After all, he has taught many nervous drivers in the past. Most people are a little nervous about learning to drive.

The theory test is now a two-part test; a multiple choice test of thirty -five questions, and a hazard perception test, where you will need to identify hazards as they appear on a  computer screen. As both parts of the test are taken at a computer, a computer is carried in the car with software to help you prepare for the test.

Pass Plus is a six-hour course taken after passing the driving test. It involves many different types of driving, from rural roads to towns, from single carriageways to motorways. Once successfully completed, you will receive a certificate from the DSA and with this many insurance companies will offer a discount on your car insurance.
